A number of appointments are released online on-the-day at 6.30AM so you can skip the queue entirely and book your appointment online before the surgery is even open!

How to see your doctor
The surgery operates a telephone assessment system. To make an appointment, either telephone 01342 327555 (patients are advised that we may record calls for training purposes) or call at reception during surgery opening hours. On-line booking is available via the NHS App and Patient Access.
The appointment system combines book-in-advance appointments and a same-day clinical assessment system. If you telephone at 8.00am on the day that you wish to be seen, the receptionist will take your details and a member of the clinical team will call you first to assess your medical need. The team has appointments available to book that are not open to receptionists.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the doctor of your choice. Should you wish to see a particular doctor, we strongly recommend that you book in advance, but this may mean a wait of up to several weeks.
